Employees do not care for service at all. I saw the cashier constantly checking her phone watching movies or something and not paying attention to her job. My sandwich was thrown together sloppy and I honestly regret coming here I should’ve gone to Wendy’s

Slowest place ever. There are 5 people working but it took them 20 minutes to make the sandwiches.

Rudest employees I think I've ever seen ....says litterally nothing just a blank stare like their high out their mind half way thru placing my order lady is searching thru her phone nit even paying attention to what im saying had to repeat my self 3 times and basically say "ma'am" to get her to pay attention and take my order ...worst customer service experience I've ever seen honestly......just wow

I watched 6 people including myself stand in line for 5+ minutes, not be acknowledged and then walk over to Wendy’s instead. When I was standing in like I personally made eye contact with a girl in the back who sounded like she may have been cleaning. I waited longer assuming she would come out and she never did. I travel from Orlando to Miami for work a lot and take this route frequently. This is the third time I have been to this specific earl of sandwich and have not been able to buy food because no one is at the counter but the lights are all on. It’s very disappointing. There aren’t many Earls around and it’s one of my favorite places to get a quick bite. You should check your cameras and you’ll see your employees here are literally ignoring paying customers.

I did not try the world's greatest sandwich, but I did buy a gigantic chocolate chip cookie at Earl of Sandwich at the service center on turnpike. It was delicious & huge! The chocolate pieces were large and the cookie was moist. The boys was two people shared it !

Horrible service been waiting 20 mlm minutes for 2 sandwiches with 5 of them back there. This is ridiculous.
