Great things just don't change, and I just keep coming back here to find the best of Italian markets. From old country groceries, you will find cans of San Marzano tomatoes readily available here along with a complete deli list of items from olives to deli meats. The refrigerators/freezers are also filled with cheeses, ready to bake pizza dough, and fresh marinara. If you're hungry, the sandwiches are still excellent made, and since they are a bakery too, their sandwiches are a dose of double goodness. I can not offer enough emphasis on how good their bakery is. The cakes and cannoli are NYC good, and the best of all items are still their Amaretti cookies.

I grew up in NY eating cellophane wrapped trays of cookies like this my entire childhood. This the ONLY place in SoCal that is authentic to Italian American sweets of this kind. The cannolis! Truly the best around.

The make the best sandwiches. Their bread is the key. AAAAA+++++ buy the rolls take them home. They're amazing and you can always freeze them and pull them out when you need them.

Quick service. Take your number and wait to be called. Ordered an Italian sandwich and a variety of desserts. All were delicious and surprisingly cheap, given the quality. A must stop if you're in the area.
