Was it an off night? Maybe. Short handed? Definitely. We waited at least forty five minutes before being shown to our table. Another twenty minutes to take our order. First dish came in 15 minutes, we waited another 20 for our second dish. Boo. Portions were small, food quite plain. Twice I practically busted a tooth when I clamped down on what must have been jagged pebbles or pieces of shell in the clams with scallions and ginger dish. The joint was not particularly clean, dust clearly visible on a bench where people’s bottoms had done what the cleaning crew hadn’t. The tea we had to ask for, imagine having to ask for tea at a Chinese restaurant, never came. I won’t go back. ***Note writing on signage. “warm warm warm kidney” , “mutton can be used for ….” What the heck? ****
