E Ramen +

We dined at this establishment while in town for work with my husband and some friends. The food is a perfect temperature when served, this service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. There were about 15 to 18 members in our gathering. The restaurant was quick to help us find the best spot. Our waiter was on point with taking orders as people sat down. delivery of drinks and food was exceptional. Our waiter was kind, patient and we never wanted for anything. Be careful when parking. There are quite a few parking decks to choose from. We ended up paying $21 to park for 3 hours. I do believe there is a parking deck that is for E Ramen paying clients. We just chose the wrong one. Great experience. Delicious food and drink! 5 Stars for sure

I don’t care about the ambience of a restaurant, I care if the food is good. I had high hopes for this place but their signature ramen was so incredibly salty, it took away from any flavor the soup may have had. Disappointing.

Love e ramen. The e signature is so good. The Gyoza is some times a hit or miss but the e signature hits every time

So good! This is our go-to ramen spot in midtown. The signature ramen is a must-try, but I always switch between that and The Dark Knight. I can’t choose a favorite!

We had an amazing time today at E Ramen today before visiting t some severe dietary restrictions. The wait staff worked with us to make sure that we were taken care of and confident that she was safe. He even got us a taste of one of the sauces to make sure the spices wouldn’t upset her stomach. Not only was the staff incredibly helpful and kind, the regular menu items were so incredibly delicious! The E Signature Ramen was legitimately one of the best bowls of ramen I’ve ever had. The chasu had a little bit of a sweetness (hoisin glaze?) that worked well with the spicy chili oil. I can’t wait to comeback and try more again!

Best ramen and service in town! I keep bringing my friends over and they all agree. Delicious and fun relaxed atmosphere. Excellent cocktails, beer selection and well crafted sake list. Nearly impossible not becoming a regular.
