I want to give this place a five star to help this mom and pop, but the experience I had the other day was really disappointing and I hope management does something to grow in business for the future. 1. The ice cream I had was one of the worst ice creams I’ve had in a while…like really bad. The texture was grainy and as you bite into the ice cream you can feel/hear the crunch from the ice that formed around it showing that it’s old ice cream. Not sure if it’s a problem with their freezer or they really are serving old ice cream from lack of business. 2. My friend ordered boba and you can hear them using a microwave in the back to reheat the boba balls that have gone stale…I get that business is slow but boba places usually remake boba every 4 hours. I get that we came in an hour before closing but in business consistency is extremely important in maintaining customer satisfaction. There’s a lot of competition around this area for desserts and a cafe atmosphere…I don’t see how much longer this place can last with more and more competition coming into the area. Customers are extremely simple…if the place/experience is good, we’ll come again. If not we won’t. I really hope for the best for this place!

Real Ice-Cream I have had in a while. Didn't know that this gem was hiding so close to me. Mango ice-cream had real mango chunks in there. Strawberry flavor was also something that reminded me back home. We also tried bubble tea which was also great. Service was great too. Will definitely visit again. Thanks.

Great dessert shop with a local business feel. Wide variety of treats and shave ice make this place a hidden gem for our family. We love the feel here and hope the owners do well. Thank you for your service and serving us such wonderful desserts!

Great hidden gem + small business!!! We went there on Sunday. He had the shaved ice with watermelon, strawberry, blue raspberry and condensed milk syrup. I chose the bubble waffle with mango ice cream, pineapple chunks and condensed milk syrup. It was delicious!!!! Handmade ice cream with fresh and warm waffle. You can even get a serving of whipped cream for your dog. Perfect for sweet tooth cravings! We will definitely be back!!!!

Conveniently located. Friendly staff and wide selection of treats, snacks, and drinks. Healthy alternatives are offered as well, like switching milk for almond milk or orange juice

Amazing snow cones and excellent service. I drove 30 minutes to try, and it was well worth it!! Soft, snowy ice and a wide range of flavors. I recommend the Tiger Blood + Cotton Candy with Condensed Milk and Whip Cream! I definitely will be back!
