出餐很慢,可以理解,但是出来汤不是很烫,更热一些就好了。 还有就是很油,但是不油腻也不好吃了

Ordered the chicken Pho. The bowl ratio is 90% noodles, 10% soup. The noodles watered down the little broth in the bowl, creating a situation where I’m essentially just eating a watery bowl of rice noodles, it’s like an eating challenge amount of noodles, the noodles tower over the bowl when it arrives. The picture I included was after I finished around half the noodles. Girlfriend ordered the vermicelli bowl, that looked decent.

Really cute fusion restaurant, first time dining here for lunch and would return. The beef in betel leaves app was our absolute favourite. Prompt and attentive service, spacious and airy atmosphere, we had a great time.

Worst experience in restaurant. I waited 5 minutes at the door for someone to let me in. Nobody came. I have to go to the bar myself to get seated. 5 minutes later, still no menu. When I get the menu, there’s only brunch available when it’s 2pm. How does it all make sense to anyone who runs a restaurant?? Edit- The restaurant later reply that the terrible experience happened probably because I sit myself, which I did not. This passive aggressive reply shows the mindset of the management. So what was I supposed to do? Turn around and leave the restaurant I came all the way to and excited about without asking for info and availability? I wish I did. I understand there can be wait time for restaurants. But in other restaurants, there is always someone to come to the front desk and let you know that you should wait for the table and take your number. Restaurants are busy and that’s fine! But what happened with this restaurant was I stand there for 5 minutes and nobody came to say anything. I was confused so I went to the bar and the employee there said I can sit at the bar and he will give me a menu soon, which he was too busy to do for the next 5 minutes, even though giving me a menu only means pass along a QR code. I understand employees can be busy so that’s why my comment in the end referred to the management instead of the employees. Maybe consider having better communication with customers? Maybe consider getting my employees at peak hours? Their reply really set me free from feeling bad about giving a 1 star. Thanks for the response!

Shame that this place looks so cool. The food was overcooked, dry, and extremely whatever. The service was somehow worse than the food. We came here for Valentine's Day because the vibe looked great -- don't waste your time. There are far better versions of this food for less money all over the city.
