As with all Dutch Bros locations, there’s too much purple haired shenanigans going on and not enough work. They have plenty of people there but they’re working at 60-70%. There is absolutely no sense of urgency no pep in the step when the customers are stacked up 10 deep. I don’t know about you, but when the customers are stacked up 10 deep, it’s time to get busy. At this location I watched no less than three regulars sit and chatting up employees about tattoos where they’re going for the weekend not doing a damn thing but goofing around sharing pictures on their phones. It’s ridiculous., but there’s too much singing, dancing and jerking around rather than getting the work done taking care of the customers. Yeah, I get that it’s Dutch Bros hippie dippy, but the real reason Dutch Bros exists is for the customer. Tone down the hippie, dippy, freak, show and just get the coffee out please.
Sav was so sweet and such a vibe I love her. This was my second time coming and I'm sold on the workers alone some of the best customer service I've ever had in my life. Keep it up girl, you are literally perfect!
Excellent service! The 2 young men were sincerely friendly and helpful in choosing a beverage. Reminded me of what Starbucks used to be like. Definitely will be back.
It's a drive thru, so the atmosphere is your car. But I love the music and service. The baristas make you feel at home while you're waiting for your drink. Dietary restrictions: They have lots of sugar-free, non-dairy, and decaf options.
Update: I can't say enough good things about this place. (3/31/23) I love Dutch Bros. It's so good, I haven't been to the other places since.
Absolutely horrible Dutch Bros, we waited sooooo long in line. Then they weren't taking orders outside, only at the window. Ugh also they ran out of the shine!!! Seriously how on new years when people want it the most.
Always great service. Friendly people
