Can't tell you about drinks or food. I walked in, graphic music was BLARING, and no one answered the inside window even when I rung the doorbell many times, so I left with my mom (4/9 @ 3:18pm). Worst service ever. Avoid. Reply to dutchbros: I have messaged your team. This experience was less than desirable.

I come to this Dutch Bros every single day before work, but today I had a really bad experience. The lady that made my drink was unnecessarily rude when I asked her to remake my drink because it was made incorrectly. I apologize for being inconvenient and said thank you and she just looked at me like she was super pissed off that I asked her to make my drink. All of the other employees have never once been rude in the slightest. I understand some people have bad days that’s why I tried to leave it as it was but it really bothered me to the point I felt the need to make this review. I hope these behaviors are corrected in the future, and if any management would like to reach out, I’d be more than happy to answer any questions

Amazing peeps, coffee slaps!

Staff is super chatty, demand tips, and pack the cups to the brim with ice. When you ask for no ice the company is so greedy they charge you. No shame.
