The nice lady in the rain was kind taking my order and making a suggestion. The mocha she suggested was good. Major issue at the window: the lady with light brown wavy/curly hair had her hair in the cup being poured right behind her. She told the other lady to dump it and it was not dumped. She did not try to fix her hair, she was like "there is nothing I can do about it" WOW!!!!

I have never had to these happen to me before and I go to this location almost everyday . I found two staples that I almost swallowed and this piece of plastic in my drink tonight as I went through right before they closed at about 10:40pm and by the time I realized it they were closed and I couldn’t get through to anybody . Please be careful and check your drinks before you drink them as I will now be doing from now on . Hopefully I can get through to somebody in the morning

Really enjoy what they put out here. They either need more locations or a bigger location though cause a line long enough to weave through an entire parking lot is a bit excessive. It shouldn't take 20-30 minutes to get coffee after arriving at the location. Would be rated higher but this 20-30 minute wait has pretty much been standard every time I've went.

Im not a coffee drinker i prefer the lemonades or the redull drinks. And i refuse to go anywhere else

The drinks are always on point! I love the location of Willow and Ashlan Dutch Bros. The employees are friendly and upbeat.
