Dutch Bros Coffee

Hands down the worst and slowest Dutch Bros I’ve ever been to. I’m in town on business and the first time my drink was wrong. The second, I just waited on line for literally over 30 minutes and there were 5 cars ahead of me. If you value your time, avoid this place at all costs. I will tell everyone I know what a terrible location this is..

Best thing about this spot is the staff, always great service by great people, only pain is the drive thru situation, there’s not really a great way to keep track of who’s been in line for 20 minutes lol…

My go-to energy spot. No matter The length of the line, it always moves fast and drinks are consistent in taste. Try any of their flavors and you’ll be happy or if your adventurous make your own flavor..

I am from Grants Pass, Oregon and grew up with Dutch Bros my entire life. But a couple of the Texas stands don't operate the way they're supposed to. When you go up to the walk-up window and make an order for whatever reason, this stand puts you in the general queue with the cars in line. So if there are 15 cars in line but no one at the walk-up window, you still have to wait for all 15 cars to get their order before you get yours. It's ridiculous, my husband and i have stopped going to this stand.

Fellow Oregonian here! Being in over 10 different states visiting Dutch bros along the way I can say that this location is definitely one of my favorites as you go not just for a yummy drink but the experience! Every time I’m there they always make sure that I leave better than how I drove up.

I just went to Dutch Bros for the first time today after having a really rough day. I told the man who was taking my order that I got fired from my job today and that I was really sad. He was so kind and he really went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I wish I had gotten your name sir, but thank you so much for your kindness and for making my day a little bit brighter - people like you are the reason I haven't given up hope in humanity, every act of kindness matters. I'll definitely be back!

My first dutch bros experience!!! Definitely recommend reviewing their menu prior if you're going through the drive thru as there are SOOOO many options. Everyone was super pleasant
