Customer service here is horrible. The girl at front told me that she didn't understand what I was ordering because she is not Spanish. Very rude!! Worst service experience.
The problem with some customers is that they think they can walk into n establishment and belittle the workers absolutely not they r humans to and if you think you can be disrespectful just be ready to except the same exact energy because will not tolerate the blatant disrespect anymore
They suck always forgetting something every time I order online they can’t seem to get it right no matter how many chances I give them it’s always something with them needs better training
The girls that work here talk bad about their customers as if they aren’t stuck working at dunkins for minimum wage with no cars and a full set of lashes and nails. Do better ladies.
Terrible Dunkin’s, as slow and rude as can possible be. Go anywhere else. You end up trapped in there drive through as soon as you enter because of poor design and then they get your drink wrong and give got an attitude over it. Starbucks will outshine them over time.
I have never felt more disrespected as a customer than I did today. I ordered five drinks online through the app at 7:52. Understanding that it might take a little time, I waited about 10-15 minutes after placing the order, also leaving a $10 tip as I work in the food service industry and always tip. Upon arriving at the drive-thru window, I was asked to hold on for a second. When the lady returned to take my order, I provided my name for the mobile order. However, she rudely cut me off and sarcastically said, 'Maddy, you're the one who ordered like 10 drinks.' This caught me off guard as I've been to this Dunkin' multiple times without such treatment. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, she said she would make my drinks. I decided to cancel the order as it seemed problematic for her to do her job. Going back around to speak to the manager, the lady who took my order claimed to be the manager. I asked why she had to be so rude, to which she accused me of being a 'Karen' and claimed she felt threatened by me. This so-called 'manager' refused to give me her name for follow-up. As I left the drive-thru without any drinks, the 'manager' laughed at the interaction. In my understanding, managers should provide their names. She exhibited rude behavior throughout the encounter. She also claims that she cannot refund me for my order that I never received.
The customer service is as bad as it comes their that icee girl sucks her attitude is the worst if she don’t like her job she shouldn’t work their she is always more worried about everything else besides the customers I have had many bad experiences in there the other day I was in there for 30 minutes for a sandwich and a coffee. Just crazy. Need to get better help only reason I go there because it’s on my way to work but thinking about trying to find a new way to work, find me a new Dunkin
The worker at the window was very rude to me. All she said was “ dude you’re far away from the window” and handed me my order I apologized and said have a nice night which she did not respond. Idk if she’s a manager or what but definitely middle aged a bit bigger lady I’m a frequent customer here
