Whatever female with the glasses working the drive thru needs to find a job she actually enjoys. I will never come back to this location. The drink and wrap was trash as well! Do better!

The store says it’s open 24/7, but that’s a bald face lie. It really depends on how the workers feel on a given night. 2 out of the past 4 nights I dropped by, their lights were on but the workers just said in an annoyed tone: “We closed right now.” Also, one of the guys who work the night shift is always angry. Whenever he serves me, I don’t know if he’s going to give me my food or cuss me out.

Really hate when I get sold iced coffee as cold brew. I even asked because it looked like iced coffee vs cold brew. And of course after I drive off it’s watered down iced coffee… disappointed. Wish I wouldn’t have paid extra for something sub par

Online it says the store is open 24 hours however, they just told me they don’t open till 5 AM

Came here the other night around 8 and was met with the rudest drive thru attendant I’ve dealt with in years. I was greeted with a tone that sounded annoyed I was even there. When told they were out of the pink velvet macchiato syrup I asked what other kinds of macchiatos they had as I’m not familiar with Dunkin’s menu. And was rudely met with a “ughh just what size do you want?” And at that point I didn’t trust this person to make my food and drove off. When I told her this she said “Excuse me?!” In an angry tone. I’m a spiritual person and I believe that whatever we put in our bodies has energy and if the person making it has a nasty negative energy I do NOT want that in my body. I bet working here is no fun and everyone has bad days but you do not need to take it out on the customers.

Came here late last night ! Only one open near me in Roswell/woodstock area ! Great place to relax and do school work or regular work! Courteous staff very friendly. My chicken bacon was missing cheese but other than that small hiccup best Dunkin’ I’ve been to!

literally have never had a single good experience here. the service is just the worst i’ve ever had. so rude, dismissive, forgetful, etc. it’s insane. earlier this week my mom and i came here at exactly 11pm (we were starving after seeing a show together), and rolled up to the window that says in bright neon letters OPEN 24 HOURS, and the man inside says “We’re not open at this time,” with no emotion, no empathy in his tone: nothing. i’m not coming back to the dunkin anymore yall have failed 20 times too many
