Always have my order ready for pickup!!

Worst hot chocolate that i ever had in united states. They added water instead of milk and no hot chocolate powder is added in the drink. I hope they learn to make it in a better way

Go to another Dunkin. They made us wait extra 15 minutes for a mobile order. They said they can’t find our order and didn’t believe me. I showed them my mobile order and they wouldn’t give me my order. I didn’t leave since they were not going to give me my already paid order. After 15 minutes, they found my order and gave it to me. No apologies or anything.

I went to this place twice thinking that the second time was going to be different from the first, i was clearly wrong. on both occasions the cashiers were rude, one of them just threw my food in the dunking bag with no wrapping. I am never returning here.

I went in here for the first time and the manager or owner (not sure) which was a woman was standing and giving orders to the workers. She had them filling up the cups all the way to the top with ice. The cups have lines where you fill the the ice but she was making them fill it up more. I asked for less ice on mine and she had them fill it to the top. After they made my drink I said, “No I asked for less ice”! The manager told the woman, don’t remake it. Just dump the ice out. She was like a drill sergeant standing there giving orders. I wouldn’t give these people any business. Trying to steal from customers and treating their employees terribly.

I had ordered 2 doughnuts and I paid for them along with 2 drinks of course I got the drinks but I had to remind the people of my 2 doughnuts. This’s not the first time this has happened at this DD.
