Dunkin'

This is my spot to go for iced coffee. The workers are great. Coffee always comes out great.

Save your sanity and your time and do not go here!! They literally had almost no donuts, and we ordered 4 drinks and every one of them was wrong. Not even sure how someone can manage that? Service was horrible, place was dirty.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. They get our orders wrong every single time. This time we had our orders wrong and got chai spilt all over me because the lid that was given was not fitted onto the cup. We waited at the window to get napkins for over 5 minutes. Safe to say the girls working don’t ever care about their job and give the worst customer service I’ve ever had.

This dunkin is ratchet and the employees are rude. They understaff the place so there’s only like 2 people working at any given time. Hate going here.

This Dunkin is not it… as someone who who grew up having Dunkin as a kid in the east coast there’s something to compare.. every time I go to this location they can’t make my drink right and I asked for a charli cold brew instead she just handed me a cold brew with nothing else! Management needs to do something or else you’re losing a lot of customers.. really disappointing

Horrible! I kept on saying hi on drive threw she was like wait a minutes in a very angry voice than she gave me the wrong order before I even could tell her she slammed the window without even have a good day or anything

Had a mobile order, the wait time was atrocious. Employees spent more time on their cell phones than the customers who were in line. Ran out of specific donuts and subbed in other items without even telling us or asking what we’d like to sub the donut with. The reviews by others are consistent and accurate with the experience we had today. It’s unfortunate that an establishment such as this can be in such a poor state and leaving so much money on the table due to poor management.

I have been here 2 times now, and both times, they messed up my order. It's not worth the money. It's supposed to be fast and cheap. I hope these companies start losing money.
