Very rude customer service from the young girl at the drive through. A lot of attitude. Even when I get to the window she seen me pull up and she walks up to the window with fighter energy just to camly say a bunch of nothing lol. Sad to say this location has definitely gone to doodoo.
One of the worst Dunkin' donuts experiences I've had. There is no human who greets you. There is only digital orders. The computer system doesn't include what's available on the shelves so it makes it very difficult to order and when you ask for help, they do not come and help you. They are too busy with drive-through orders. This truly felt like a ghetto, third world Dunkin' donuts experience. The bathrooms were locked and they had to let us in, which also felt very sketchy.
The food was the same as all otherDD. Service was better

Gave me coffee they wanted to give instead of what I ordered. I get a coffee 5 days a week. This place is the worst
Second time visiting this location. Food was uncooked and tasted disgusting. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese. Came out all mushy and raw. I get it, bagels got a lot smaller after Covid, but common, at least cook them right. My cappuccino was tasteless. Will NOT come back.
WORST DUNKIN IN THE STATE! Lazy Staff. The Always claim the Kitchen is Broken, and can only serve Donuts, no other items. This has happened 3 STRAIGHT TIMES in 3 months. They don't even POST IT on the Building. So I wasted 15 minutes in the Drive Thru, just to get NOTHING! Staff is rude. This place needs a MAJOR OVERHAUL. New Manager, and New Staff needed, with better attitudes. The FOOD is OK, when they actually have it.
