Ordered online for pickup. 1) they had no donuts in stock and made no attempt to let me know prior to my arrival. 2) messed up my breakfast sandwich order as well.

The curbside service is terrible. It is the third time I have to get out of the car (with baby sleeping in it) to get my order after a 10+ minute wait. Why offering that service then?

Coffee cream and sugar, plain bagel with cream cheese and hashbrowns, my favorite anytime I visit. Of course, they have much more on the menu.

Online order wasn’t ready in a timely manner despite not being busy inside. The coffee tasted like colored water and the donut was stale. Very disappointed. I keep trying different DD locations with no luck. I’m about ready to give up.
