Dunkin'

This is the SLOWEST most unorganized Dunkin I have ever been to! Owner needs to clean the slate and get a good manager to get the cash flow going. Could probably double his income if changes were made. I won’t go back to this location.

This is the worst dunkin I've ever been to. 6 cars in front of me in drive thru. Each car took about 9 to 11 mins. I was in line for an hour to get my kids donuts. I will never go back again.

The old guy that works at the counter needs to leave!! He is rude, incompetent, and he seems like he does not want to be there. If he doesn’t then he should leave. Made a mobile order around 10 am, got there around 10:10. My four drinks were done but my food? No where to be found. So we waited because at that time they were busy and didn’t want to ask. 10:25 comes and the nice lady tells me that they don’t have empanadas so she makes me two wake up wraps. She is the only nice person in there. Then we waited to ask about the munchkins but couldn’t because NO ONE SEEMED LIKE THEY WANTED TO HELP. Was there for almost an hour to see how to get a refund. The old guy keeps leaving customers for 10 mins at a time and those people were getting pissed off. Another man working back there was also giving attitude. They seriously need more people. Or there needs to be another location instead of being in a gas station. I really really like the lady she was sweet and nice. Everyone else rude. Tried to figure out how to get a refund thru the app and I couldn’t figure it out so $3 is $3. I can get that back but I can’t get back the time I spent in there!

25-45 min wait times even if you order online.

The worst Dunkin ever. I went for lunch on Friday to just get one sandwich and 1 coffee. I placed my order on the app less than 3 minutes before getting in the drive-through line. I had 1 car in front of me, and it still somehow took 35 minutes to get up to the window. Once I arrived at the window, they handed me a melted coffee and a cold breakfast sandwich. I asked if they would please mind reheating the sanwhich for me. The girl said yes, walked back and I heard a man yell. The man then came up to the window and asked if I was the one who asked for the reheated food. He then raised his voice at me that it's my fault for placing an order online, and I should expect my food to be this way. I told him I'd been waiting in the line for 35 minutes and had not expected that, and all I wanted was for my food not to be cold. He then started to yell at me, and I cut him off to ask if he was the manager or if he had a right to be speaking to me that way. He then slammed the drive-through window and left. The girl came back with my food and looked mortified. I asked for a manager but there wasn't one on duty. I called customer service and was told the GM would call me, but it has now been almost 48 hours with no call. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I will never go back. Update: I've been working with Dunkin customer service to get ahold of the Gm or franchise owner with no luck. It has now been a month of me unsuccessfully trying to get ahold of them.

Staff seems miserable. No urgency with orders. If you get your order within 30 minutes it's a miracle. Just terrible

This dunkin' donuts needs more staff and has a drive-thru that you cannot get out of the line. I was 47 minutes waiting to get to the window for an order only to be given the wrong food items and by the time I got to the window the iced coffee had all of its ice melted.

This is NOT right off the highway. There were two people waiting on their food and myself when I walked in two ladies at the counter and they were overwhelmed. Also, bagels weren’t available and few donut selection. Its Wednesday at 9:30
