They barely get a 2 star because the ice cream is amazing but the service is horrible. We came in at 8:15 and the lady that served us started of by telling the 4 of us that we can only have 2 samples per customer and nobody had even asked for a sample yet. Then as we were ordering she said oh yeah the lobby closes in 10 minutes. On top of that there was a guy in the parking lot with a leaf blower who was blowing dirt all over my Mercedes this was after the fact that I tried to ask him where to park so this didn't happen. I don't think he spoke English but if he did he didn't care. I'm attaching a video. Parking: 35 or more spots Kid-friendliness: Kids love ice cream and donuts, what more can I say. Fine service; friendly staff. A fair number of electric outlets including USB power slots.

Got late night coffee and drank in seated area. Staff politely reminded my party that they were closed sometime later. Did not rush us out

Eating in, Ordered 3 drinks, 3 sandwiches and a dozen donuts. This takes 25 minutes. One drink I specifically order with no whipped cream, it even says it on the label, yet is brought to me with whipped cream. This is fixed, but still puzzling. I had to remind one of the employees to give me a sandwich in my order as well before my departure. Maybe i came at a bad time, but the attitude in this store was very dull. Definitely my last choice.
