this is absolutely terrible. everytime i order my iced americano with oatmilk, vanilla and a shot of expresso they always get it wrong. this time there was no vanilla at all. these workers dont know what they are doing and they dont care enough to get a simple coffee made correctly. how do they still even have jobs
Stood at the register for 15 mins watched 10 cars go through drivethrru before I was even spoken too. They prioritize on drive through rather than the customer inside. So better have a car for a fast convenient experience.
