As of someone who manages in the food industry I would say everything is good other than the food. I always get a wake up wrap and I know how a dirty oven smells like. My sandwich always smells like burn charcoal and easy off/ grease lift. So it ruins my appetite to eat my wrap. But other then that I enjoy coming to this location and will continue just no more food option.

Coffee was made poorly 2 days in a row and when politely pointed out the staff had attitude and still did nothing to fix it. I drink the same thing every day and spend between $80-100 a week at DD so this is very frustrating and makes me want to use a different location.

Best one in Tampa. Trust me. I really care about my coffee. There's some Dunkin's I won't even stop at anymore. This entire staff really cares about the customers. And the coffee is made perfectly every time. They never miss order notes.
