Store was extremely clean and the staff was friendly. Donut was delicious as they always are.
just feel they should just be a little bit more friendly at the window.
never had an issue with this dunkin’ donuts til i was helped by katrina. no customer service whatsoever, like how do you work for retail yet are the rudest person ever. literally forgot half my order and didn’t come back to the window 5 mins later asking what i was waiting for. then she brought my coffee, i politely said thank you and not a word she just shut the window. like please quit if you have your job this much. my bagel had cheese and bacon on one side of it. you ruin peoples day like this
Why is Dunkin’ Donut shop always empty? No one is ever at the front counter, and another time after waiting almost 10 minutes at drive thru had to park and go inside….hello? hello? hello? Is anyone there? Ok, a note to Corp or the Owner….please do yourself a favor and rehire a new team if you need revenue coming in your store because your customers are are not being greeted or attended to at either the drive thru or at the store and eventually end up leaving.
