Dunkin'

This is the only store that actually makes the coffee taste like it's supposed to taste I went to many dunkin stores in my life and as many can agree with me the coffee don't taste the same but this dunkin trust me everytime u will get the same tasty coffee plus the staff is very friendly well the morning people are not sure about another shift

Used to be my everyday Dunkin, now I think I'll go elsewhere. They rush you at the drive thru and then forget an item from your order. If you order the grilled cheese they will literally just slap on some cheese on some bread and toast it and give it to you, no butter on the bread. Disappointed. Its not what it used to be.

I used my rewards to get a free Coffee.

My mother told me she went to this location Friday night at around 11:40pm and she explained to the man at the drive thru that she ordered ahead at a nearby Dunkin but when she arrived to that Dunkin they were closed. She went to this one on Harlem and explained she had already paid on the app but the nearby Dunkin was closed and the man said "not my problem". My mother was just trying to get coffee after work and was unsure exactly how the app works if a place ends up being closed after odering ahead. This man did not need to be rude. He could have politely explained that there was nothing he could do. People like him are the problem

Most of the time they deny making a blast. If they do they don't follow instructions as I do NOT like cinnamon on top... I have to have my drink remade almost every time I come here.

Horrible. 4 extremely rude and ignorant employees on a Sunday morning. And then tried to give me donuts from the back. that they spit on. not the ones in the front. And no good morning. Parking: Very limited. Kid-friendliness: I would not bring my kids around this staff! Wheelchair accessibility: Will still need assistance.

I stop by the location on summit st and order and Ice coffee cream and sugar hazelnut flavored and cold foam. and what do i get a cold coffee with no cream. and what bothers me is that the girl on the window acts confused like and gives you attitude like she doesn’t know she messed up.
