People are nice and plate

Always excellent service. Consistently good every time I am there. They are gaining a good reputation.

A young man working the drive-through window today at 12:30 was an absolute pleasure with his service. Need more great employees like him.

Worst experience. Ordered through the app - we arrived 10 mins after order was placed, waited 10 mins in the store to then be told they didn't have my order. I show the receipt and the lady starts saying about how the order is thrown away after an hour or so bc they assume no one is coming - It was placed 20 mins prior! They probably threw it out while we were standing in line to get it. Ridiculous. They have no idea what they're doing in there.

I have no idea how this place is still open. I've tries to go there twice for coffee, the first time I was ignored until I left. I forgot about it and tried to cone back several months later, watched the enployee at the desk RUN to back o house where I hears him audibly tell another employee to ignore me until I left. Fire every manager and clean house.
