I went to dunkin on Bay Street in Springfield mass to get 2 cups of coffee not only did I sit in the line with no other cars but my own for 7 minutes but my coffee was already made sitting at the window I got to my destination and the label read French vanilla swirl 6 sugars 3 creams and a regular coffee 6 sugars six milks….they were both regular coffees no sugar one was black and one might’ve had one cream it was dark I will not be patronizing this location again very disappointed!!
Went to get coffee and wake up wraps, I found a small lint or piece of hair in my food and informed the worker there was a hair. She was rude and insisted there was no hair giving me mad attitude. She told me to pull around and they would remake it but instead gave me the SAME wrap again in a new bag. So disrespectful. Like what difference does it make if a costumer complains theres hair— REMAKE IT. You aren’t paying for it so why does it matter if you have yo take 30 extra seconds to remake something as small as a wrap. Im not saying it was physical hair but there were 3-4 small hairs in my food it couldve been lint or a sleeve touched it- either way its MY food so it shouldnt be there! Doesnt photograph well but I can see it clear as day with my dam eyes.
Front counter Is always lovely, My coffees always good and fresh. Don’t get me wrong workers are always nice and respectful. but, Never fails each time I order food. It seems like it sits there for long periods of time. Hash browns be hard and cold and ham and Swiss suffer same as hash browns hard cold seems to be sitting there for a few hours or something or like the avocado toast, beard was hard like I can break my tooth and it’s not right one expects to have fresh food being a loyal customer. Please do better!
