Where im from,the dunkin staff,managenent and owners appreciate their customers. The springfield oh location has earned this moniker. Worst dunkin ever. Drove 5 miles there for a coffee. Was turned away on 2 occasions due the their registers being "down". So your telling me they arent capable of completing basic math? Thats sad. In my opinion if they can't do basic math maybe they dont belong working in the service industry at all. I was told to do a mobile order and they maybe could help me that way. Not an option for me. I dont have the app nor was i going to get it just to get a coffee one time. Theres was several people on. They could've easily made my coffee,figured out the taxes on what i ordered,made change and cash me out appropriately. If i owned the place id be very upset with all the lost revenue. Apparently the owner there doesnt care about their money,business nor their customer base. Just remember dunks isnt the only perveyor of coffee around. From the reviews ive seen im not alone in my frustrations. Ill remember in the future to never stop there when im in there area. Furthermore Ill also make sure everyone i come across knows what they're getting into going there and maybe they should really reconsider their choice. ✌️

Trash. 0 stars if I could. Only taking cash at the time. They don’t know how to make an iced matcha latte, even after asking them to remake it, my drink still came out super white instead of green. DD clearly advertises the drink as green. Employees tried to argue with me on the color of my drink. I order it the same exact way to each DD I go to. (I didn’t ask for 3 matcha powder - not sure why they put that like it was something special.) I ordered a medium iced matcha latte with almond milk and less ice. That’s it. Disappointing for a $5.69 drink!

Too little staff in the morning. I went into the restaurant to get a couple of donuts, but only one person was working and I was not served inside. I had to the drive through to get served.

I'm from MA so, a Dunkin', on every corner and (most of the time) decent, quick service. THIS store is in crisis and support, from above is, CLEARLY, needed My husband placed a mobile app order for 1 coffee and 1 order of Bagel Bites. After 10 minutes he went inside. Another 10 pass with ZERO acknowledgement from the MANY employees behind the counter. After, 25 minutes, a female employee finally addressed him. At that point, he was so angry & lost it (EXTREMELY out of character for him). She apologized & said she just got on shift. He asked her, "Well, what about all those other employees that have been on shift? Can't they process orders?" He told her how long he had been waiting, no one even acknowledging him, as he stood by the mobile app order station, and all he wanted was his coffee and bagel bites he ordered 30 minutes prior. She proceeded to look around and found his order underneath the counter (not on the Dunkin' Mobile App Order station where it should've been). The coffee & the food were now, cold. My husband threw his hands in the air & yelled, "There's 12 of you back there running around doing everything & nothing!" Issues: • Over-staffed & under-managed • No leadership or authority figure present • Shift managers don't give any direction & aren't trained properly by their manager • Employees going on break together while customers not even being acknowledged • Orders being placed in weird locations and forgotten about, then cold, and not corrected • Employees don't smile, engage and ignore customers • Orders take triple the amount of time to fill compared to New England Dunkins. • Drive Thru - plan to be in line for over 30 minutes, usually longer. In MA you wait no longer than 5 minutes, EVEN if it's crowded • Dismissal atmosphere with half-dead employees that could care less about you or your order Don't waste your money OR time. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY from this highly dysfunctional Dunkees! They need A LOT of help from corporate! SEND IN THE BIG GUYS!!!!

This is my go to stop for iced coffee on the way to my night shift job. The evening crew here is always welcoming and quick. Thank you Dunkin for meeting my caffeine needs.
