The worker taking orders in store, my receipt says her name is Ieshia, was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Upon entering the store, the employee was speaking on her phone whilst the man in front of my partner and I was waiting for his order to be taken. After about 3 minutes, while still on the phone, she proceeds to take his order. After taking his order, she waits about a minute or two at the register before she screams out “NEXT”, when we are the only other people in the store. It is also a very small location so for her to yell was absolutely unnecessary. I walk up to the register, she is still on her phone having a conversation, and I begin my order with a Medium Iced Coffee With Oatmilk and Caramel. I had to repeat myself twice before she huffs and tells whoever she’s on the phone with “Perate” and finally puts the phone down. She finally gets my coffee order in after the 3rd time I repeat it. I proceeded to order two sausage egg and cheese wraps, two bacon egg and cheese PANCAKE wraps (which she needed me to repeat 3 times again.), and 2 hash browns. The total came out to $16.73 & I proceeded to pay $10 cash and the rest on my card (she even had trouble processing that). My overall issue is the unprofessionalism and rudeness the worker carried. Honestly, the majority of if not all the Dunkin’s in the area have terrible professionalism and customer service.
If stupid was an employee then you guys are full staffed!
Some employers don't know how to treat customer...I try to talk with a supervisor and they always said ...is not there...
NEVER HAVE I EVER in all 10+ years of visiting DD have I been told they cannot remake my drink because I didn’t purchase it there. The manager Iesha stated she would be wasting her inventory if she remade my purchased drink because it’s from a different location. I am beyond baffled. The whole purpose of buying coffee from Dunkin is when THEIR INCOMPETENT staff messes up your order you can go to ANY OTHER Dunkin for a remake. Another reason why Starbucks is taking over. Horrible customer service.
I was very disappointed at this Dunkin they burn my croissant sandwich and I asked for a hot coffee and they gave me iced coffee instead and they said they couldn't remake it because they were to busy
I HATE D&D!! EVERYTHING tastes the exact SAME!!! Prices for food and merchandise are too high when those "yeti haters" actually still NOT keep your iced coffee cold! They gotcha again!!!! Seriously...don't go dude, just don't.
I waited for an hour and the workers looked at me and did not ask me what I wanted, then I left the place
They are friendly. They know their customers well and remember what you always get. Always never charge for the few munchkins I get for my dog.
