Illiterate employees with attitudes. Orders are always made wrong - asking for a lightly toasted bagel gets you a blackened, rock-hard lump of coal. Discontinued items are left up on the menu and available in the app, so you waste your time driving out only to be told the item you paid for is gone forever. Hope you didn't use any promos on the order, either, or you'll lose them when receiving a refund and won't be able to redeem said promos at a Dunkin staffed by competent employees. Performance this bad was not allowed back when I worked fast food in high school. Standards sure have slipped.

Who ever, just made my butter pecan frozen coffee, thank you so much. It was the best drink i've ever had!

Rushed my order to the point mg bagel minis were ice cold. Also told me they can't add sprinkles to my daughters drink because they don't do that but ever other Dukin does it with no hesitation.

Happy Easter! I asked three of the young workers feeding us and “keeping america running” if they were receiving holiday pay, and they aren't! While the store is busier than ever, on a holy day to some, when everywhere is closed and today is a day EVERYONE makes time to be with their loved ones to commune and celebrate, you wanna tell me some piece of work is so cheap they aren't even doing the bare minimum to show gratitude? towards their employees who are making so many sacrifices and legitimately feeding the community when no one else is? Are you kidding me?! I'm hoping the young lads are mistaken, and who ever owns this operation isn't degenerate selfish filth (my words not theirs). Truly a great disappointment. Everyone wants to know why the new generation “doesn't want to work” they do! Just when it's worth it. They don't want to feel like a slave, to be a slave. The owner of this place, who ever is underpaying them and under appreciating them, should actually be disgusted in themselves. To be clear my 1 star review solely represents the Character of this person, not the work ethic of the employees whom they do not deserve. I order from here frequently, now I'll be telling the employees of better job opportunities I see throughout the area when I roll through. Thank you guys for doing such a great job! It's a constant grind, you all never stop and I appreciate you!!!

So I usually get coffee in the afternoon and yes the afternoon crew is very friendly.Always give me great customer service with a perfect coffee all the time. Today 2/28/24 I came in morning to get coffee,place was busy but the lines were still moving pretty fast.Maria took care of me with a big smile and very sweet while taking my order. I order my coffee as usual,she suggested me to try the new empanadas breakfast so I did.Maria made my coffee just the way I like it and the empanada was very good too.I highly recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts and it’s crew is just the best. Kid-friendliness: The staff is always very friendly.

I go to this Dunkin every single day. They are basically family at this point. Such a great group of people, Anne is amazing every time I interact with her. This is my favorite Dunkin location to go to. And I'll continue to go for the great service all around.
