Dunkin'

I've gotta hand it to them, this Dunkin has really stepped up their game with their service here. I used to not like this dunkin a couple years ago, but now I go almost every work-morning.

Pulled up at 4:30pm and tried to order donuts. Was told that they have the donuts delivered from another "source" I'm assuming he meant another dunkin. And once they run out of those donuts they don't sell anymore. So I'm assuming the dunkin donuts have a VERY long shelf life to not have to be rotated throughout the day with fresh product. Called corporate and asked about this policy and was told its up to the discretion of the owner in charge.

The lines are almost always long, slow, and inefficient, but I still love my DD coffee. You should take a look at what Chic-fil-a does. They have it down!

Ordered 3 dozen of donuts for my daughter to take to school for her birthday. My order was pretty simple but large so I placed the order 5 hours before pick up time I selected. When I arrived they told me they only had a few specific donuts left and filled two dozen with their old donuts(none of which were the kind I had ordered) being that these donuts were going to be handed out to a group of 5th grades I didn’t want to take the unpopular donuts for a class to fight over. The staff of minors were nice but unapologetic. I refused the 2 dozen they were going to give me and asked for my refund. They could not do this and called their General Manager who told me that I would have to come back in another day to get my refund since I used the app not a terribly big deal but I live 40 mins from this location and can’t easily break away from work to accommodate for their schedule. Also I can’t get them to answer my phone calls. Moral of the story if you place an order well enough in advance don’t just expect that order to be correct or expect for the store to simply contact me to let me know so I could make other arrangements.
