Dunkin'

Staff seems to be very overworked and don't /can't pay attention to detail. I don't blame them but I will avoid this location since my order was never correct and had items missing

Great friendly staff with fast and accurate service

Part of my biscuit is missing kinda upset that this wasn’t fixed before I got the sandwich.

It's so bizzare to me. One visit I'll go and everything I'd great the next the staff all seem angry at each other at us. Won't say a word to us, just shove our drinks at us and close the window. And I get the food service industry sucks, but it's still decently early we have been nothing but nice. And yoj toss us our stuff and run off. I ordered the samw drink the past two weeks. And half its amazing but half like yesterday's it tasted awful I got a few sips out of it trying to stomach it not to waste the 6$ for it before having to toss it because it made me phycially ill. I want to make it clear this is a coin toss. I've had some of the best service here. But other days different staff..and they are just not in a good place.

After several times not receiving the extra cream cheese that I paid extra for, I wanted to check my bag before pulling away. I was told I can’t sit at the window, they were too busy. It only took a few seconds for me to look. Guess what? I didn’t receive the extra cream cheese and the employee proceeded to argue with me about whether I had strawberry cream cheese in bag or not. I did have a pack of it, but not an extra pack that I had paid extra for!!!! If I wasn’t repeatedly charged extra for something I didn’t receive AND then treated rudely about it, I would have never left this review.

What can I say? It's Dunkin! They were the only Dunkin in Spartanburg to have apple fritters

Employee inside store behind counter blowing and flicking SOMETHING off of his finger. GROSS! This Spartanburg Dunkin’s parking lot is odd.

The employees were un a good mood. Quick at getting our donuts and used coffee. The selection of donuts were low at the time but they were good!

Barely puts cream cheese now I have a dry bagel .
