4 employee and only one customer agenda of me. Back turned towards the customer and will do anything but take an order. The only employee helping a customer literally yelled at them to help the people in the line and still the other employees did nothing. When they finally walk up to the 2nd register they’re still not helping the customer but staring towards what’s going on in the first register. Ended up walking out. This was during lunch hour when people are in a rush too.
The workers don’t care and the coffee tastes completely different. Dunkin needs to properly train them.

Came at 5:30am. Website for this location says it opens at 5. I was told to not come back until after 6:30 when they open. Unsure if the website is wrong or the employees were new. Either way, not a good way to start an early day with no coffee.
Restrooms not available for the customers is disrespectful.
I don't order often from this Dunkin', only when I'm desperate. I always do a mobile order. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've done the mobile order to this location. Every time, the espresso drink I order is just iced coffee watered down with a ton of ice, cream, and sugar, and not the drink I wanted. Take the time and get it right the first time.
Missing items in delivery on more than one occasion. I Always pay for whipped cream on my latte and it has never arrived with whipped cream. They Never put the cream cheese on the bagel, they always give it on the side even when specifically requested to be put on. Laziness and lack of attention to detail. Not ordering through them anymore, there’s a better location about a mile away.
Lids constantly leak, mobile order chaos, inconsistent staff...if I didn't live 1/2 a block away, I would never go here. (Also the Gulf station gas is always about $0.50 more than most places, so it's a hot mess corner.)
