Dunkin'

So i order door dash and i hate when door dash puts it on this dunkin cause they always give me AMERICAN cheese when i clearly want white cheddar the other store that i usually order from ALWAYS puts white cheddar and i tried calling this dunkin and no calls go througj they are so unprofessional

Always great food and service!

I have tried this location few times now in the morning. Drive through is always a crazy line. So I go in. Each time I had to wait crazy amount of time and they still get my order wrong!!! Even today I ordered on their computer and waited and still got it wrong. Come on!!!!! You make people wait forever for cup of coffee and bagel….. at least get the order correct!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. THEY NEED TO HIRE AND TRAIN BETTER.

Pretty lame when a donut shop doesn’t have donuts ‍♀️

As someone who works in the same industry, it’s very clear that there’s either lack of management or lack of good management at this location. This isn’t my first time here but it will be the last. Food quality isn’t as great as other locations near by and staff, for the most part, lacks customer service. I would feel terrible if I acted the way this staff does, if you don’t like the service industry-switch!

Just stopped in for a coffee.

This was my first time going to a Dunkin' and it wasn't a great first impression... Apparently they don't really have baked goods if you come in the early evening (this was around 5pm), but the case just looked ugly/messy and wasn't nice to see upon entering the store. Not that I'm expecting a full conversation by the employee at the register, but we weren't acknowledged or greeted while looking at the menu (no one else was in line or around). Our drinks were good (Mango Pineapple Refresher, Sweet Cream Cold Brew).

This is the worst Dunkin’ in town which is unfortunate because it’s the closest to us! NOT ONCE have we had good coffee made for us and the entire staff is horrible every single one of them except maybe like one person there. They always have the biggest attitudes, it’s sad to see that people hate their jobs so much that they have to take it out on the customers. I do also think they should have to try the coffee that they are making before giving it to the customers bc I can promise you they wouldn’t drink the coffee they make themselves.
