This location is along my way to work. I stop often. Nice and friendly staff. Kid-friendliness: Donuts and Ice Cream… Heaven for any kid. Dunkin’ & Basket Robins
3 times in 2 weeks my order is wrong. Large expensive drinks made as smalls so they are undrinkable
Good food, ready when I told them I would pick it up.
Vegetarian options: I was pleasantly surprised with the avocado toast! I also recommend the cream cheese bites.
Im honestly impressed someone figured out how to screw up selling donuts. I walked in expecting to be able to order a dozen and be out in five minutes like literally any Dunkin. Was rudely and abruptly told that I had to order online even though I was standing right there. Went to download the app, order, register my CC, etc. and waited. I didn’t receive any notification, and of course wasn’t alerted by the staff that my order was ready. So finally I walked over to the counter where the takeout orders were being placed and saw a box fairly far away from reachable distance. The staff were laughing and carrying on and I asked for their attention. I was standing right at the counter saying “excuse me” and no one paid me any mind. I literally had to reach over the counter to get my box that was right in front of an employee, and I’m pretty certain the staff were none the wiser. If you’re going to eliminate the human component of a business and have cold, inhuman interactions with people just stuffing boxes with donuts and letting customers take care of the rest, just do it. Have computers and robots serving the food. Why hire people that dont want to work there anyway? I appreciate a company trying to innovate, but this is a model trying to be the future that I hope will soon become the past. Inconvenience for the sake of convenience.
