DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered a large hot coffee with cream and sugar in the drive thru. When I received my order the coffee tasted very watered down. I walked into the store and found two employees behind the counter one of which cutting off a broken finger nail at the drive thru point of sale. I pointed out to the employee trimming her finger nails in a food prep-area was unhygienic to which the employee replied it was not a food prepping area very sarcastically. As I disagreed and found the fact the employee was trimming her finger nail any where near food being served to customers, I asked for a refund but was denied. After my refund was denied I asked to speak with a manager and the employee who was cutting her finger nail said she was the shift lead, in charge at the time, and identified herself as Emma.
The worst breakfast sandwich I've ever had. "Fried eggs" were definitely NOT fried eggs. What are they?? Hashbrowns tasted like cardboard.
The staff is awesome however items are often out of stock. I always order through the app. One time they were out of large cups, the chorizo wrap, another time no croissant for the breakfast sandwich, or they were out of the sweetener I picked and recently their espresso machine was down.
The staff is friendly but they never put the sugar in my coffee even though the label shows what I ordered. This time they gave me a bagel with cream cheese when I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Better to drive a little further for the DD on Bandera.
I was in the drive thru and ordered donuts today and I got to the window and the girl who was handling me , I saw her nametag said it was Emma , she gave me the WRONG ORDER!!! And I told her about it and she was super rude when taking our order , i don't think i've experienced such awful customer service, the other girl was very sweet though when handing us the order .
