Great New DD on Culebra! Kid-friendliness: What can I say it's just a nice environment for kids to eat their treats. They have fun ice cream treats for them and it's just a nice place for your family to bring kids to enjoy ice cream and a snack.

Didn't have donut boxes or Dunkin wraps available. Poor management or supply chain issues are a problem. Also didn't put my lid on my hot coffee all the way, so it splashed on me. I won't be back. Definitely the worst Dunkin I've ever been to.

Visited April 10 2024 around 7:15am and as usual, this store did not have what I ordered. This store was my favorite for years and I’d even go about twice a day, but over the past 6 months, the quality has decreased significantly and I avoid going these days. The kicker, this time, is that when I ordered a half-caf iced coffee (half regular and half decaf coffee), the girl who made my drink gave me a strong cup of exactly what I did not order. I politely told her the drink wasn’t right and tasted bad and politely reminded her that I asked for a half-caf iced coffee. She said, “uh huh, that’s what I gave you.” I asked her to remake it and add almond milk. She literally did a big huff and puff, took off the straw and lid with her bare, bear hands and proceeded to hand it to me through the window. I asked her to throw out the straw. She huffed and puffed again then walked away. She then came back after adding almond milk. I asked if she could make the whole thing new because it tasted bad. Again, she huffed and puffed and walked away with her shoulder squeezed up to her ears because she was so upset that I gently asked her to correct the drink. Her coworker came from the back and she mumbled something to him and he looked at me and shook his head at me like I did something wrong. When he came to the window, I asked him to help me since the girl had a bad attitude and he did. He started to remake my drink and confirmed that I wanted a half-caf iced coffee. He then said, “There’s no more decaf iced coffee.” I was surprised and said, “There isn’t?” He said, “No…she didn’t tell you that?” I told him no and he said, “Oh wow. She didn’t tell me that part.” So just like I thought, the girl cheated me and gave me exactly what I did not ask for just to get me to leave and then turned around and lied in my face about it while treating me like I was being rude and offensive to her. This girl is a liability. The photo attached is her. I didn’t get her name.

FLIES ON FLIES ON FLIES!! I couldn’t believe my eyes on how many flies were on all the donuts. DISGUSTING!! Did not purchase anything, I immediately left and took my business elsewhere! HOW DISAPPOINTING DUNKIN!!! Do better!

Terrible and sad thing is I use to love this location. They are always out of certain things. Donuts always stale. Don’t pay attention to detail. Customer service sucks. I waited for a small chia latte almost 20 min while people who ordered after me had there orders and was out the door. Not fair at all if the employees were not playing around among each other I would have had my order. It should not take me coming to the counter and asking where my drink order is. I won’t be back I rather go to Dutch brothers pay a little more for quality service and the have all the items in stock. Bye bye dunkin it’s been nice.
