The server kept saying weird things and I found a hidden camera in the form of a USB brick. Creepy

Ordered 4 jelly, 4 cream, 4 Boston, 4 cupid online and paid. At pickup, informed that cheerleaders had come in and taken all the jelly and cupid so forced to pick from the dregs that were left over. AFTER paying. WAS NOT REFUNDED the difference between cupid and sprinkled. All dozen donuts were stale at 930am. Paid $7.50 for two packages, 8 snack size, strips, of bacon and received 4 PIECES of bacon. One container had a single slice. Easily worst donut experience of my existence. If you as a business are going to take my funds for an order, don't sell what I've ordered paid for and replace it with yesterday's donuts. This is why people go to Krispy Kreme.

Staff/management is always rude.

Only at the afternoon shift

Nothing but a bunch of rude kids run it. They messed up on a bagel 3 times.

Stopped in to buy two 1 lb bags of coffee beans. Sign above coffee beans says 1 lb coffee for $8.99. So I grab two bags and head for the register. Nice lady at the register rings my coffee up for $9.99 each. I step back from the register and pull my phone out to quickly check the math and sure enough, each 1lb bag of coffee beans rang up at $9.99 each. Then, someone who I thought was the manager tried to sell me on the fact that there was a special on coffee beans that were three 1lb bags for $2100. When I knew that wasn’t accurate, I kept my two bags of beans, took a picture of the sign (attached) and took out my phone calculator and showed him each bag was charged at the $9.99 price. He then told me that the “manager” will be in tomorrow morning and to keep my receipt and take it up with the “manager” tomorrow. I understand it’s only “2 bucks”, but I would stay away from this establishment. Either they are displaying inaccurate pricing to grab your extra dollars, engaging in false advertising or flat out refusing to work with their customers to help make things right by telling them to come see the “manager” the following morning? For something this small, I guess I’ll have to take my business elsewhere.
