Purchased an ice tea. The gentleman treated my order as if it was champagne.

The people working here were very nice.

Got six donuts from this location; fresh and proper amount of toppings/glaze. Carlos, the representative at the register was friendly, courteous and personable. Speed of service... Outstanding! He helped me with my selection and even suggested one of his favorite donuts. Treated me like a valued customer and was very polite. Area clean and we'll organized. Also with the way the world is nowadays sometimes we have to patiently wait for our order. If employees do not show up for work it puts pressure on the ones that do. DO NOT take it out on the ones that are trying their best! We must also understand that things will not be made exactly to our tastes especially coffees. It takes time as well as proper communication to explain how we would like things. Do not just assume! What goes around; comes around!!!

I love this Dunkin' it’s very convenient but the workers are a little

This is the SECOND time I've ordered coffee from this Dunkin and literally received half of a cappuccino instead of a full cup of cappuccino. Whoever is making the coffees here, needs to go back to school and learn how to make a decent cup of coffee. I did NOT pay $21.97 for half filled coffees with NO straws. Not to mention it took forever to get! Horrible customer service if you ask me, and to think these people want $20 or more an hour. Conveniently enough, the telephone number that's on the receipt is no longer in service. Way to loose customers! I won't be back!
