Waited in the drive through for a mobile order for 20 minutes. Went inside to pick up the order only to find out they didn’t have part of it. Had to get a refund for a part of my order in cash. Service is terrible, and at least five people left the drive-through because they were taking so long. This restaurant has horrible customer service and they are very slow. The hashbrowns were cold as well.
I’ve been given the wrong order here before and have had a rude person in the drive through. But the coffee is good.
Was told there were only 3 of them there after waiting about 10 minutes for a croissant with butter. Better customer service/communication skills would go a long way here.
I came directly from a different dunkin because the iced coffee the other place sold me was WAY TOO watered down. The girl at drive thru took hood care of me, and their coffee was stronger. Thank you.
The air conditioner has been broken for MONTHS, and management will not fix it. This is South Florida for god's sake! The staff are generally friendly, but the store is usually filthy and HOT for no good reason. They also can't make a good cup of coffee to save their lives.
