Dunkin'

The last three times ive been in their drive-through. They take my order. I wait like normal. Then they tell me the order and i pay and then less than a min later they say whatever i order is out. If you have no line inside and outside and its not busy how is it so hard to know you dont have certain supplies. At least check and see them before you say yes. What was the point of waiting that orginal 5 min if you didnt even check? It sucks because they did it to me 3 times now. Then I ask whats going on with that and the girl gives me an attitude. This dunkin needs to get their customer service act together.

Forgot the egg on 3 of my breakfast sandwiches, no crème in the Boston crème and gave us orange juice instead of apple

Iced coffee so watered down it looks like I'm drinking green tea. I literally have to go buy another coffee because there is NO COFFEE on this coffee

The place was dirty. There was pieces of food on the counters The worker seemed overwhelmed He was there alone and could have used some help He was courteous and was trying to keep up with the business

This place is trash , I waited on the drive thru intercom for a good 15 min and the guy who took my order wasn’t interested taking my order and when I pulled up at the window i looked at him he looks like he was into something, high or idk what kind a drug he took but this is not acceptable, where is the manager in charge where is the district manager!!!!! Never going back there u less they change the employees and the manager

The portions are getting smaller and the prices keep going up..
