Dunkin'

Worker refused to Stir coffee pointed at plastic straw. Spoke to manager manager says we do not Stir coffee. I burnt my hand shaking it. They wanted me to put a plastic straw in a black boiling coffee with sugar. Unbelievable manager should have stepped up And said yes sorry she protected her worker and said We do not Stir coffee. We have too many customers for that.wow horrible situation. Dunkin should really think who they hire and put in charge.

Horrible experience with Maria! No manager to complain! She should not be in the front helping customers!

Long waits here.

We were perhaps the 1st 2 customers there at 5:55 am today. Terrible service - no response to hello, GM, no smile, no answers to questions, a robot would have been friendlier. Had to ask for everything- a lid, creamer, butter for the bagel, and zero customer service. I'm not a morning person either but jeez, if I'm getting paid to work at a place that opens at the crack of dawn, I'm going plaster a damn smile so that I can earn my living.

Just happened to stop by here on a road trip. Legit best Dunkin experience I've ever had the place was packed with customers and the staff handled it no problem. Drinks were great. Food was great. Fantastic staff, highly recommend.

I have been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for a while now with my dog and obviously the workers there see my dog. My dog is a small dog. I came in today to order what I always get. They want to say next time do not bring your dog I said but y’all should’ve told me from the beginning and I’ve been bringing her and nobody said nothing. I understand. It’s a food place but I order what I get and I leave how come now they want to say something about the dog when I was ordering the lady obviously was looking very hard at my dog. She look like she already had an attitude. I won’t be coming back tho
