I’ve somehow never encountered a less competent place

Bad attention! I ordered breakfast and coffee, they gave me the coffee COLD and they forgot to make me breakfast, they made me waste my time. ALL BAD!!!!!!!!

The workers were incredibly rude. An older woman with red dreads and a younger girl with glasses named Kayla. They were having their own conversations while we were ordering and cutting us off. They also had a poor attitude as if we were disrupting their conversation while ordering, rolling their eyes, talking over us, pointing and saying what do you want when it was our turn to order. Would rather stop at a gas station and get bottled coffee next time. As well as I saw a couple flies near the donuts which made it less appetizing.

They got my order entirely wrong (both the drinks AND the donuts) and were extremely rude after mispronouncing my name. Horrible service in general, and horrible attitude to customers around me who weren’t even being impatient or bad-mannered. Honestly, I fully regret not going to the Wendy’s right next to it. Don’t go here if you can help it.

After reading the reviews I’m wondering why no one has done anything. Say at the counter for a couple minutes waiting. Some random guy walked up and the girls went to talk with him and completely ignored me. Seems every single Dunkin’ Donuts on the turnpike is absolute trash especially the further south you get. Unfortunately I didn’t get the coffe I was hoping to so I guess I’ll look elsewhere from now on.
