If I could, it would be zero stars. Lady working the drive thru got my order wrong. I asked for no sugar in my coffee, and when I pulled up in the window, she said, "You asked for no sugar, right?" I told her yes, no sugar. She then told me oh alright we didn't put sugar in the coffee and proceeded to give it to me. I regret leaving right away but was in a hurry, so when I tried it, it was so sweet it was nasty. I regret not getting her name and speaking with a manager about it. She lied about what was in the coffee, I could probably sue her or dunkin' for that, but it's not a big of a deal. It's a waste of time and I'm not the type of person to hold a grudge. Be warned, check your drinks and food before leaving the drive thru!!! This happened around 6 pm on Nov.13 Literally these employees can endanger someone with an allergy or medical condition for lying about what's in a drink/food. If this proceeds, I see a lawsuit coming soon.
