Dunkin'

Ordered via the app. Niether of the 2 donuts were available, in fact it appeared they only had 2-3 kinds in the display case, at all. They kindly refunded my donut / coffee order, but not happy that I was going out of my way for a special treat... to get none of it.

Don’t come here before work because they will make you be late since they take forever. For some reason when you tell them “cream cheese on side” they still cake it on. None of them have a personality either.

Very fast, friendly service we had 8 people and got all our coffee and drinks and within 10 minutes easy

It’s not staffs fault, the parking lot is just too small and it makes everything packed in.

The staff is incredibly kind every visit. My 1 star service is for management, who I think either under trains these people or refuses to hire more help. 25 minutes in line at a dunkin is ridiculous.

Went in with my children to get some sandwiches and coffee New Years. The whole staff were complaining loudly about having to be there and after talking with my children what they wanted and went to order the young woman working the counter said with an attitude they had no bread to make anything or had donuts. We left and went to Starbucks.

Picked up a very early Saturday morning order for an event and the team of two women were incredibly prepared and polite. 8 boxes of coffee, 4 dozen bagels, and 4 dozen donuts. They had everything ready to go when I arrived and helped carry out to my car. Very seamless, thank you!

Tuesday Dec 18 8:47am. An older female worker constantly complained about having to make sandwiches witch I ordered a bacon egg n cheese Wich I asked for extra cheese she told me as well as another customer "if she remembers" I understand staff was a little short but considering the amount of people the walked out and others in complete disgust if her attitude.. if she doesn't Wana treat people with dig it or respect not even try to do her job why have one in the first place ... 500% NEVER AGAIN
