Dunkin don't. Do yourself a favor and go a few miles west to Express Donuts on Litchfield and McDowell.

Employees very rude

Ordered ahead 20 min before I got there because I needed to be ready got there and my order was wrong and had to get started on it and still made it wrong!!!!

Pretty fast on the orders , but there's days when employees are behind. Drive thru is pretty good on orders, so far I've never had an issue. The place inside does need to be organized and cleaned. Parking ️ is sometimes an issue since they share the parking lot with other establishments. Some of their items, by the end of the day are no longer available, so you have to order whatever is left over ☕☕ and that really sucks. I do like their rewards app. Parking: Very difficult to find a parking spot sometimes. Also, there's only one parking spot for handicap.

I come here about twice a week upon my kids request not mine! The line always takes forever and its probably because the workers are dancing and practicing their handshakes instead i personally saw this as i was waiting 10 min for ONE thing! Im lucky if my coffee tastes good.. and when i order ahead sometimes its still not ready when i get there! I give about 15min before i arrive. Whats the point in ordering ahead if i still need to wait? The staff always looks like its their first day This Dunkin went down when they moved the old manager to another location. Since then, its horrible, donuts are dry and coffee is never right. I rather pay more at starbucks but like i said my kids request donuts since starbucks doesnt have any. Get a new manager and professional staff!
