Dunkin'

I was just asked, during normal business hours, if I thought that it was kind of late to be placing an order seeing as they were about to close. I thought the purpose was to maximize every opportunity to make revenue while the doors were still open. Not the most conducive of ways to warrant repeat business.

Dunkin’ Donuts is hands down the worst donut on the planet. Who doesn’t make fresh donuts? All they do is frost them… gross!

Manager on duty this morning is so sweet. Thank you for remaking my coffee I ordered this morning that I wasn’t able to get. And she threw in some free donuts. I come here daily and everyone is so sweet! Thank you!

I don’t normally post unless the service or product is extraordinary great or terrible. In this case, the consistency of terrible customer service, not having doughnuts after lunch time AT A DOUGHNUT SHOP, and the overall attitude of not caring how many times they’ve messed up my orders, compelled me to write this review. Hands down the worst @Dunkin I’ve been to. I literally travel several miles away to another city to avoid coming here. Corporate needs to do something immediately bc judging from the other reviews, I’m not alone.

Hands down the absolute worst service I ever had. The staff was rude, the manager on dusty had no idea what she was doing. You need to properly train your staff so they know what to do. I used to work for a drunken, so I know how the drinks are made. I requested a drink with 1/2 one flavor and 1/2 another. I even specifically said one pump of each flavor as I know how many pumps come in each drink. The girl who took my order charged me for extra syrup, the "manager" who made the drink drink dint put Expresso in my drink or mix the flavor in. My drink was purely 100% milk and 4 pumps of syrup. When I confronted the cashier she said "I can't control the pumps it's set up in the system" I let her know you can modify in the system for the amount of pumps of flor and things you put in the drinks. They didn't give me a refund and had attitudes, whispering in front of me like I didn't know what they were saying.

I don’t often post about rude staff, because I know that working in these types of places can be absolute hell. But, the attitude and rudeness from the staff was quite excessive considering we were polite and prompt with our ordering. I understand that working on a holiday can be stressful and frustrating, but that doesn’t give someone the right to be rude to their customers.

Dunkin’ Donuts here in Ahwatukee serves a good cuppa Joe. Employees were very friendly! Thanks
