Dunkin'

They are confused about products and they are always out of literally everything how can you be a donut shop without donuts?

So excited to try the new Brownie donut. Except they forgot to put in the Brownie filling. So disappointed. First is what it should be and 2nd is what we got.

How does Dunkin run out of Donuts??? Cancel my order please!!! I think they need NEW MANAGEMENT! CRAZY!

Coffee so burnt, even the 2 lbs of sugar they put in my drink couldn't hide it. This was absolutely the worst Dunkins I've ever been to.

Slowest drive through ever with a terrible design. Once you are in the drive thru line you are stuck there. Half of the time they are out of most products and the staff seems to be really confused

Don’t open drive through if it takes 15 minutes for a donut. Ridiculous.

2 young girls running the store on a saturday morning. Took forever to get the order i was picking up. Lost peoples orders while i was there.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Bad management across. Angel is the short Hispanic manager that is very rude and I witnessed him cursing at a customer. He takes personal calls on his cell phone and walks away from his orders will literally scream at employees and customers. Dunkin needs to get better. People are vaping while cooking food, employees don't even care how many people are waiting in line. Waiting for over 15 minutes for food and drinks is unacceptable. Hire someone that can actually manage and not scream at their employees and customers. In need of better personnel.
