This location is subpar. They treat customers differently according to the color of their skin. A White woman approaches the counter to order and she’s greeted with a, “Good morning/Hello; how May I help you.” I approach and I’m looked at! There’s no greeting nor am I asked how I may be helped. Running out of napkins is common! When asking for paper towel it’s as if I’m being a nuisance! I’m aware of cultural differences among African Americans and Asian Indians however, we’re all residing here within an American culture. Also, if your customers are English speaking, English should be spoken. Employees with challenges surrounding English should not work specifically with the public. I reached out due to these issues almost a year ago and I have yet to hear from a representative!
