It says 24 hours but, this location uses discriminatory practices. They won't take orders from people unless you use their app if it's early in the morning. They say their system is updating, and orders are only available through their app or for delivery drivers. This discriminates against some of my employees and coworkers that only have cash. It's done randomly in the morning at no specific time. This is done typically before 6:30 am. I believe it's because that's the time Wendy's opens next door.
Sign says 24hrs. Door was locked and they said I had to use drive thru, then in drive thru they said Uber eats and Doordash only. Wouldn't even let me buy a cup of coffee. Just attempted to purchase a coffee from 24hr DD @ 6017 N Broad St, Philadelphia. The time was 7:45 pm. 3 employees inside store, 1 male mopping floor and 2 girls behind counter. All racks were empty, front door was locked and I was completely ignored. I decided to go thru drive in and sat in vehicle once again completely ignored. Then I drove up to window and again was completely ignored. Are they just locking doors at night and nit serving anyone? Why do they say open 24hrs, when you can't even get coffee @ 7:45pm
