We placed an order (through their app) hours in advance (it was for an event). We had the digital receipt. When we arrived they questioned whether we had the right address. Their address was on the receipt. They had thrown away or deleted the ticket on their end. They didnt have the order ready. We needed it for the event, so we asked them to make it. They called the manager, and he didn't believe the screenshot of the timestamped receipt with the store's address... he kept asking to see the receipt... and said if we didn't have it (which, as I mentioned, we did), then we hadn't paid. The card had been charged. I won't be doing business with Dunkin' donuts again. I recommend you consider going elsewhere.
