Dunkin'

I ordered a medium iced chai latte along with bacon & cheddar omelet bites. After paying I was told to pull around front and that the order would be out shortly. Close to 10 minutes later a lady brings me an order. Luckily I checked the bag before pulling out, only to find a box with a few slices of bacon in it. The drink was green, so I knew it wasn't chai and the label says Matcha. I stopped the lady as she walked in to tell her the order wasn't mine. She said the drink was chai but she put the incorrect label on it. She told the lady at the drive thru that I ordered the omelet bites but bacon was put on the order instead. I then showed her the receipt that said omelet bites and I noticed that Matcha was put on the order not the chai as I requested. She repeated chai after I said it, but still put the wrong drink in the system. I waited several more minutes before the lady working the drive thru brought me another bag and apologized to the mix up. I opened the bag before pulling out of the parking lot to find no omelet bites but stuffed bagel bites. After 15 minutes they were unable to get any of my order correct. While waiting inside, I saw that there was confusion on another order on the difference between Matcha and chai. I have no plans to visit this location again. If you go, check your order to make sure it is right.

Rude staff and served breakfast sandwich cold in the middle

place sucks and as well i can never get them on the phone. Manager is rude and so is staff , place is filthy, would be great if i could get someone on the damn phone.

The Dunk'n folks here are always cheerful! Their hot coffee with mocha is my favorite drink. I also dig the bagel bites!

Very slow staff. Was the only customer in the building and it took 4 minutes to be acknowledged. Doughnut were great as always.

When I walked in this morning was greeted by all three employees, everyone was friendly and service was great. 12/223

The staff is always so friendly. Even when they're super busy, the level of customer service is always outstanding.

I don’t know what is going on at this location but y’all need to get it together. I am from out of town. My mother warned me about this location but I thought I’d give it the benefit of the doubt. I guess my mother was right. I won’t be back to this location. I went through the drive through to order a large iced matcha latte. The gentleman at the drive though said that they only had medium cups so I could only order a medium. So I ordered a medium. Then I asked the gentleman did they have three Bavarian crème donuts. He said yes so I ordered three. I get to the drive through window and he takes my payment and then has me pull forward for an ice matcha latte and three donuts. Like why? After waiting a bit he comes out to tell me that they don’t have any Bavarian crème donuts. I get a refund to make a long story short. Then when he brings me my matcha iced latte it has so much ice in I had to fight to get the straw in it. I think I was only given a little of the matcha latte and the rest was ice not leaving me much drink. I think my medium was really a small. It was only 830am in the morning. Look at the picture to see how much ice was in the cup. I paid 5.59 plus tax for mainly ice. I will not be back. I have never in my life seen anything like this! I go to Dunkin Donuts all the time and this is a first.
