We were ordering bagels and the employee said no to the order. They were so bad at listening they didn’t give us straws and missed a sandwich. I am very disappointed

I always come here because it’s close to where I’m always at, and I regret it every time. I’m a very patient person, but every time I order something, my order is ALWAYS wrong. If it wasn’t for me being so busy all the time, I would remember to check it right then and there, so that they can fix my order. But that’s no excuse to get my order completely wrong, to the point where I can see the workers are not paying any attention to what they’re doing. I’m done with place!
